Healthy debate and arguments are a natural part of human conversation and while they remain healthy it is accepted. Personal attacks, threats of violence, threats of retaliations, flaming, trolling, bullying & posting of offensive pornographic material WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

Spamming the forum with incessant off topic posts will not be tolerated.

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where “Radio Forums” is hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that “Radio Forums” have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, neither “Radio Forums” nor phpBB shall be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

Breaches of the rules will be dealt with swiftly and will result in a formal warning and strike issued against the user. Three strikes against you will result in a ban from the site for a designated period of time.

Moderation will be carried out in a transparent fashion and any posts which are altered or deleted by moderators will have a notice informing people why it was done. All mod deleted posts will be put in 'holding' so admin can view what and why something was removed. If you feel you have been treated unfairly the moderation will be reviewed by admin & mods and may be reversed.

Admin decisions are final and whilst they are open to discussion there will be no tolerance for breaches of the rules or abuse of members/mods/admin.
